Comprehensive Wellness Support

Promoting Health Through Movement + Nutrition

Looking for both exercise support and nutrition coaching? Look no further! Individual movement based wellness services are combined with the nutritional guidance to give you the best of both worlds. This service is designed for those looking for individualized, preventative movement based services in combination with healthy eating support to help you be the best version of yourself. Those with progressive conditions, such as Parkinson’s, benefit from exercise and nutrition to both manage day to day symptoms as well as overall disease progression and brain health. And as our aging population continues to live longer, there is a greater emphasis on adding quality to those years.

Individual Comprehensive Wellness Support:

Our comprehensive wellness program begins with an in-depth 90-minute assessment, including a full medical history review, movement screen, and nutrition intake to design a personalized plan tailored to your needs. Each follow-up session blends functional fitness, ongoing exercise planning, and nutritional coaching to support lasting lifestyle change. This holistic approach is designed to help you build sustainable habits that enhance both fitness and nutrition. Whether you’re an older adult seeking healthy aging support or someone managing a chronic condition, our program provides the guidance you need to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. With 90-minute sessions offered in person (at home) or virtually, you’ll receive the dedicated time and personalized care you deserve—anywhere.

Pricing: $250 for initial assessment, $225 for subsequent sessions

Note: If after an initial assessment it is determined that your individual goals/needs are best met within a 60 minute format, prices and package options will be adjusted accordingly.
